This is a 1955 Winchester Model 70 chambered in .300 H&H Magnum. The scope is a Leupold FX-11 6x36mm which was on the rifle when I got it 10-12 years ago. I've never fired it and it's never been out of the vault since I added it to my collection.

There are some very light handling marks on the stock, which are only really visible in raking light. The most prominent marks are by the trigger guard on the left-hand side of the stock, shown in the last picture before the brass and dies. It is not as noticeable as the picture suggests, but I want to be fully transparent about the condition of the rifle.

Weight: 9 lbs. (w/scope)
LOP: 13 1/2"
Barrel: 26"

$1,900 shipped* in the continental 48. Rifle will be shipped in an MTM hard case, fully insured.

Add $150 shipped* for 100 brand-new cases, brand-new RCBS dies and holder, and I'll throw in 80 150 gr. Silver Tip bullets at no additional cost.

Let me know if you have any questions. Higher resolution pictures available on request.

*For those who haven't shipped a rifle lately, the MTM hard case is $60-70 depending on current Amazon pricing, and USPS shipping is running an average of $130 with insurance. Ammo and brass shipping separately is running an average of $40-45 for USPS ground insured. So when considering my pricing, please note that shipping costs a considerable amount these days. Thanks!

CheerZ,

Thanks Steve!

All of the magnum calibers except the .264 were available with the solid red butt pad. However, this one seems to be an (older) replacement, because there’s a space between the comma and 1922 in the patent date. The original pads had no space following the comma (June 6,1922).
