Rifle No. 2, Sako AIII Classic Grade .30-06, SN 536368 The Classic Grade Sako had an Americqn Walnut stock with no Monte Carlo. The AIII version had checkering which went all the way around the forearm, wheras the later AV usually had only checkered panels on each side of the forearm. This one has a pad professionally added. LOP is just a tad longer than factory. Condition is excellent, with nicely grained wood and equipped with Redfield-type bases and rings. Tag price is $1,500. Closeout price is $1,100.
