This is may be the perfect rifle for almost any medium to large game that walks, swims or crawls. If you're looking for a bullet proof rig for everything this may fit your needs to a "T".

Those that know Lon's work will appreciate that he does excellent work and this rifle is just another example of what he can do. It functions and shoots flawlessly with my handloads.

My handloads which are not max give 2900 fps with 270 TSX, 2725 fps with 300 TSX, 2765 fps with 300 NF. Barnes solids hit 1" above the 300 TSX using the same load for both. With a reduction of a grain or two I'm sure the solids would print over the TSX load.

I take shitty gun pix and they never do the gun justice when I've posted them on AR. If anyone is seriously interested I'll be happy to send them many pix.

My first "expensive" rifle was a Lon Paul 458 Lott on a BRNO ZKK 602...beautiful rifle. Lon does great work.

Sounds like a really nice rifle by one of the best builders. For a rifle of this quality you really need to spend 30 minutes and take some photos, you will get way more exposure . Is the action a Classic or a Pre64? Someone will want this rifle. Good luck with your sale .

This is a hunting rifle that has been hunted. Scuffs on the stock are only through the paint and the Ceracote is 99%

One thing I probably should have added to my ad was that this gun is done and ready to hunt about anything. There'll be no long waits for your rifle to be done. Load ammo and go hunt. I have a couple of scopes that I could add for a price.

Also there is threaded hole ready in the forend for a sling swivel stud if you want a bi-pod attached.

I have another 1.5 boxes of handloads with the 270 TSX in addition to what is pictured.
