I have a really nice 1927 Browning A5 for sale. Forearm, receiver screws, receiver, and barrel match. Full choke, 30 inch barrel. I did not pull of stock to check serial number but have no reason to think it’s not original. It has an original horn butt plate. Looks to be reblued and refinished but was done professionally if so. A little wear in a couple of the corners of the checkering if you look close otherwise the checkering is very crisp. No proof marks on the bolt but bolt handle number matches the rest of the shotgun. $975 plus $70 shipping

What book is that? My book shows 1927. Either way 1927 or 1930 I’m not aware of a lot of changes in those years.
