I have been told that Nosler makes these for the European market. I think they would be perfect for my 6.5 PPC. Anyone have any idea how I can order some from Europe? Thanks

Nosler's site and Midway both show a 100 gr. partition available.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Richard, What I really want is a 110gr hunting bullet but nobody makes one. Since I found that Nosler makes 105s for Europe I've been trying to find some. If I'm not able to I'll go to the 100s.

Bob,

I have been trying to buy these 105 partitions for some time with no success.

Nosler makes them for the Austrian ammo maker Hirtengerber, and I have tried to contact them several times but they never cared

Nosler's shop, which may be reached at http://www.shootersproshop.com/ has them from time to time but they do not ship outside the US

Just like you I feel 110 grains would be about perfect in my 6,5x57R but bullet manufacturers keep on jumping from 100 to 120-125 grains.

I had some hope the new triple shocks from Barnes would be manufactured in 110, maybe 115 grains, but they eventually made them in 130 grains.

These people seem to insist in the high sectional density argument which is no longer meaningful. Given the controlled expansion features of modern projectiles, sectional density is no longer relevant.

best regards,

montero

Saludos Montero, Thanks for this info. I asked the Nosler shop about these and they replied they only receive the 105s every other year. If you find any please let me know. Gracias y buenos dias.

I just received an email from GS Custom, gscustom@wol.za They inform me that they have a 110 gr .264 diameter bullet. I don't know this company but ordered two boxes of these to try.

Bob,

Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings but I wouldn't plan on using them this years hunting season!

There are a lot of people who have had their fingers burnt or waited very long periods for delivery with GS custom.

Did you pay credit card or wire funds? If credit card you might check when your cover runs out and start preliminary proceedings prior to that.

Again sorry to bear bad news - of course it all may have changed and they might be up to speed now.

Thanks 1894, When I ordered they said they would contact me for payment when the order was shipped so I haven't paid yet. They also said if I didn't receive an order confirmation within three days, which I haven't, to contact them again. I'll post my experiences with them.
