There are four species of geese, Grey lag goose, Pink foot goose, White fronted goose and Barnacle goose. The hunting season is from 20 of august until 15 of mars, but the shooting mostly take place in sept okt and nov. We got a lot of ducks here and the prime time is right now but the season starts on the first of September until 15 of mars. The most popular is the Mallard and the other we are allowed to shoot are Wigeon, Teel, Scaup, Langtailed Duck and Read breasted Merganser.
It is usually no problem to get permission from the landowners to shoot on there land and there are no bag limits.
Best regards and good hunting
Slvi
