LH,

I use the .22 Blank version of the Pneudart. It is cheaper than the gas powered version by some distance and I believe that it also has its advantages over the gas version. I have used mine for about two years and done some 75 plus deer and can’t fault it especially for the money. Yes it does drive the dart a little harder than the gas version however it also shoots flatter which when you have to act a little quicker and not be quite as accurate with distance it makes life a lot easier.

Hope this helps.

Alex

I own two and have used several more types.

The best is the new gas Pnudart gun that looks like a Star Wars gun Big Grin very fast to change settings and accurate.

Mostly I use a .22 blank Pnudart gun. It has settings for power on the bolt face and is fairly fast to reset. Mine has shot 3 shot(dart) into one hole at 50 yards, pretty accurate. I have darted deer at 70 yards when forced to.

You need to look at Zoopharms sedative called BAM II, by far the best on the market for deer family animals. It is clean, fast acting, and 100% safe. It is head and shoulders better than anything else.

Another vote for pneudart .22 blank. Mine is an older one with the adjustable "power setting" knob on the back. I guess it would come in handy for smaller animals, to reduce the speed, but I just leave it on "10".

Try to look unimportant. Your enemy might be low on ammo.
