dutchgusThe 6,5x57 meets nearly all of your requirements perfectly and it's the calibre I use most. IMO the long throat/bad accuracy story is a myth. All my handloads from 85 to 140 grains shoot sub MOA and a 140 grains Partition loaded to some 2800 fps performs amazingly.
There are only 2 but's: If you don't reload, your choice of ammo is limited to mainly RWS and (as stated before) I too consider it marginal for driven boar. That's why I use a 338 Win for driven game and the 6,5 for all other.

DeerdogsIf you forego the the requirement for 100 grain bullets then the 7x64 Brenneke has to be the way to go. Not least due to the ammo being available throughout Europe.
