You must be one of these modern phenomena called a, metroman, that I've been hearing about recently.

They like shopping too. Along with hair and beauty products, fashion accessories, night clubbing, and the consumption of alcopops. banana

Keep your camera ready Kiri.
This sounds like something out of a modern version of " A Midsummer Night´s Dream".

Thinking of taking the girlfriend down on Sunday as her first introduction to the country "scene".

As long it's nothing like my first experience, I confidently predict that she'll love and encourage and support me in all my future shooting activities.

I hope.

Congregate around the gimp is it? I'll pack Ukhunters my wetsuit with bottom cut and a bucket of oiled frogs....

Go early, very early, the traffic today was a nightmare, 3 hours from the M40 to the Showground..... grrr

Frowner

But the Show was good, once inside, and we had a great afternoon of it.

Well, as Tikka260 mentioned... get there early!

Attempted to arrive at 8am on Friday resulted in taking an hour to cover the last 4 miles!

Therefore we decided that 7am was a better time to arrived this morning and flew through with relative ease.

As for the gimp suit... well, after Nightwalker spotted us perusing one of the many clothing racks, cunningly disguising themselves as trees - Ian decided Pertex was far more flattering. Big Grin

I can confirm that Ian was dressed very inconspicuously.

I can neither confirm nor deny that there was an air rifle shooting match and therefore cannot comment as to who lost or why one should not shoot in close, unseeing proximity to fallowbuck.

Great show, did anyone have a go on the computerised duck shoot? took me back to my NES days...

Amir

Gidday Guys,

Jacobs, do you realise that the definition of a "Metrosexual" as given to me by my gay son is a gay acting straight guy.

He loves teasing the crap out of these guys who he calls the real poofs. (He is very straight acting and doesn't life effeminate men).

His definition is very succinct.

I hope you had a great time at the fair.

Happy Hunting

Hi Hamish

Your sons succinct definition is a new one on me. But then I have little or no contact with the gay community. As far as I know anyway.

Yes we had a fantastic time at the Game Fair. Thanks.

No traffic hassles, picked up plenty of bargains and caught up with old friends and made some new ones too. It doesn't get much better does it?
