How do Kaps scopes compare in quality /optics to other European brands

If you are referring to the top 3 or 4 brands, Zeiss, Swarovski, Kahles and Schmidt &Bender the brand wouldn’t be as highly regarded.
Don’t disregard Meopta, very good glass.

Kaps scopes are good quality but under appreciated brand. But good quality at a significantly lower price point. They are a much smaller company than Zeiss or Swarovski so do not have the marketing power to promote the brand. I expect you would loose very little by choosing a Kaps scope, but your bank account would feel a lot healthier.
