Anybody have any experiance with the Zeiss Varipoint 2.5-10x50? The one with the light switch on the eyepiece?

...have a vmv 1.5-6 with no. 8 reticle...consider the glass to be the best out there, and nearly the equal of my leica trinovids or ultravids in terms of sharpness and resolution...regarding build integrity, the lifetime fully transferable warranty should address any concerns on this issue...

...looked at the 1.1-4 and 2.5-10 varipoints, but did not like the single red dot for rapid target acquisition purposes...

They are excellent scopes the reticle takes a bit if getting used to, however at 100 yds I can shoot with them very effectively. On game, especially drives they are unsurpassed

Thanks for the input guys. I was thinking of reticle nr. 56. The one with a red dot, but also posts from the sides and one from below.
