It started with a bang

Now I am looking over its bigger brothers...

Was lucky enough to find one of the brothers, in the days after 11 May, when the Polish hunting season began on Roe buck.

It became a Roebuck with perruque head – wig antlers which I was fortunate to take.

Lucky indeed! Was it eunuch?

There was no scrotum of roe buck, but we found the testicles under the skin and they were very flat in appearance, and supposedly underdeveloped.

I need to wait till August 10 before I can hunt Roe bucks here in Norway and August 16 till I start hunting Roe bucks in Sweden.
I have great hopes for the hunt in Sweden and I am taking my 7 year old son with me for some days of hunting there

Alright less than a month away - make sure to take some pictures and report how it went!

I love hunting Roe deer.

Luckily I will be in South Africa to bowhunt some critters by spot and stalk for 2 weeks soon.
So I guess the waiting time for the Roe buck hunt will not feel so long

Roebuck hunting as im finding out is very addictive, I just wish I had roe on my grounds, great post please keep the photos coming.
