I guess I am the only American that appreciates the concept of the 45 Blaser.
The last time I mentioned it I was nearly tared and feathered. [Eek!]
I do not have the case dimensions, but it is the perfect design for its intended purpose ie. a big bore thumper for the Blaser R-93.
I had a chance to talk to two Blaser factory people, and they said that there was NO thoughts of selling the bbls or ammo in America. [Mad] [Frown] [Mad] [Confused]

Johan...you need to get over your anti-Blaser fixation.

As I recall from looking at the ballistic tables, the muzzle energy of this cartridge is about 2500 ftlbs.

This power-level (and more) is available in two other cartridges available in quick handling rifles...the 45-70 and/or the 450 Marlin in a quality lever-action....holds more rounds than a B93, reloads faster than a B93 and is a lot less expensive than a B93.....how's that Johan?

Bill.

Fixiation?, I have no idea what you are talking about. Have you heard about a term called hyper compensation? It seems like you got more than your fair share of anti-Blaser fixation

On the other hand I got nothing against that you are out swinging your sable for a good cause

Please, rattle the sable for me too.....
