1894 I guess I am the only American that appreciates the concept of the 45 Blaser. The last time I mentioned it I was nearly tared and feathered. I do not have the case dimensions, but it is the perfect design for its intended purpose ie. a big bore thumper for the Blaser R-93. I had a chance to talk to two Blaser factory people, and they said that there was NO thoughts of selling the bbls or ammo in America.

Johan...you need to get over your anti-Blaser fixation. As I recall from looking at the ballistic tables, the muzzle energy of this cartridge is about 2500 ftlbs. This power-level (and more) is available in two other cartridges available in quick handling rifles...the 45-70 and/or the 450 Marlin in a quality lever-action....holds more rounds than a B93, reloads faster than a B93 and is a lot less expensive than a B93.....how's that Johan?

Quote: Bill. Fixiation?, I have no idea what you are talking about. Have you heard about a term called hyper compensation? It seems like you got more than your fair share of anti-Blaser fixation On the other hand I got nothing against that you are out swinging your sable for a good cause Please, rattle the sable for me too..... / JOHAN
