On my way to the office I usually check one of my bait sites for wild pigs. Since about 10 days the ground is mostly frozen, so they have increased their appetite for corn and apple draff.

Two days ago they'd showed up at 19:50, the last night they'd been there at 17:30. The weather seems to cooperate, we might still have a clear sky, some hoar-frost and the moon phase is growing.

Guess I'll leave a little earlier today to spend the evening sitting outside...

Sounds like you need a wildlife feeding machine with a timer on it.

Make them pattern you instead of the other way arround.

Those things are illegal in most states. Especially around big cities the Greens just love to sniff around in the woods and make a scandal about hunters violating the rules...

Those little game clocks actually work pretty well.

Today the weather changed from cold to rainy and the wind changed direction constantly. The light was still good though but dinner was ready at home so after 3 hours waiting I gave up. It was not the day...
