are there any connection between the guys who made Valmet combi guns, and Valmet the tractor producer?

Yes there is a connection, the rifles and tractors are/were made in the Valmet factory. The Valmet factory has produced several different types of products, I believe thay have produced cars as well, namely the Saab 900/9-3 cabriolet and Porsche Boxter!

In the second half of 2009 they will start building the new Fisker Karma hybrids as well.
