Thanks
Its a nice type of hunt what is underestimated by many. The Czechs and the Slovakan liked the nature and the freedom of hunting beaver.

damn, when i saw the topic, i thought it would show pictures of a smoky baR, a bunch of drunk guys, and a few well endowed young ladies. beaver hunting has a WHOLE different meaning in the US beer If you tell an American you bagged a nice beaver, he will want to know if she was a blonde, brunette, or red head!

I remember the "naked gun" movie then Lesley Nielsen standing under a ladder saying "nice beaver" then a lady in skirt brings down a stuffed beaver.

I heard just yesterday that beaver meat is fantastic, a lot like pot roast. I'll have to try it sometime. And no smart ass comments about eating beaver

When my brothers child was small we made both young beaver and moose meat he only ate from the beaver it was very tender. I think it tastes a bit aspen tree.
