Just been into Aldi's and they have digital calipers for £8.99.They might not be the quality of Moore & Wright, but for reloading they would be quite adequate..

Best save your money.I brought some the last time they had them in stock. Absolute junk. I was getting inconsistent readings on the same test pieces from day 1. So took them back and got a refund.

Regardless of one brands shortcomings, Griff is right on the money,

I have been using a and the same digital caliper for some 5 years now, a great and fast tool to be used for all sorts of things when reloading.

Sure a metric steel caliper and micrometer are good to have around to, but for my needs they are a bit of an overkill.
