I went to the Frankonia in Frankfurt, and am really impressed with it.

Of course all I had to do was remember my jagd-deautch and I was in there. Nice people too.

Who is selling the Blaser hunting clothes? I didn't see them but didn't have a lot of time.

I was supposed to go to Kettner but was got the best of by a taxi-driver. He told me Kettner was small and didn't have anything, so he took me on a 90Euro goose chase.

I could have told him Ketner was fine, but I am mildly retarded after flying 20 hours.

The Frankonia in Würzburg is even larger. Not often one happens to fly into Würzburg, though Wink

I've never been to a Cabelas, although I would dearly like to go. But I did visit Sportsman's Warehouse in Salt Lake City, and was suitably impressed. Better than any shop I have seen in Europe by a mile, IMHO.

Aleko, I really should. I wonder what my travel budget looks like at the moment?? Any hunting to be had around your place??

I believe I also owe you some help with a pack, don't I?? Sorry I got away from that issue in the frenzy of yearly travel and shooting related purchases. Do you want to pursue it again??

Aleko, if you can get Blaser clothing let me know. I would rather spend $ than E any day.

I have a whole stack of stuff I want out of the catalog. I got a clothing catalog with Euro prices in a Jagd and Hund magazine.

Guys, generally said I don't like shopping but Frankonia is a different story. I am not afraid to say that I am Frankonia's faithful customer (for 14 years)
They have anything for a potential hunter starting with clothes ending with rifles. I regularly visit Frankonia (Munich) in summer and in winter and of course I spend there certain amount of money. But to be there is a joy. Not to mention that the staff supports you with any information you need. beer
