I finally got my 45 Blaser barrel, and there is allegedly 200 rounds of Horneber once fired brass coming from Germany. I ordered dies from www.tribel.com and they are shipping them to my father in the states.

So I need a load?

And an idea for a scope. I am thinking 1.5-6 Burris Euro Diamond or Aimpoint 2 power.

I am planning on using this thing to kill a Bison in December in Wyoming. If I don't use my Ruger #1 405.

Any ideas for loads?

If you are looking for a low powered variable scope, look at the 1.5-6x42 Zenith Flash Dot.
it is excellent. It is the very very best close range, moving game scope available today.
it gives you the advantage of the best optics money can buy and the versatility of a scope combined with the red dot quick target aquisition of the aimpoint type scopes.
it is the perfect companion to the 45 Blaser. now thats a good idea, similar in capability to the 450 marlin, but a bit sleeker.

as for that blaser barrel, dare i suggest the green house and growing tomatoes !!
just kidding you mate..

i cant work out which is you in the pic, with or without the hat,.

cheers buddy..

Now Pete, don't be cruel, between comparing the guy to a baboon, and suggesting a Blaser barrel as a tomato stake, you'll give that poor yank a complex.

Just because you are paranoid, doesn't mean they are not out to get you....

Hi Brian, that "Yank" can take a joke, but he's got a complex already, why does that baboon remind me of a girlfriend i once had? hell now i've got a complex !!
tomato stakes, tomato stakes ? ha, believe it or not i have several take off remington barrels bieng put to other uses, from holding up various plants to reinforcing concrete..
but actualy the blaser has a half way decent barrel. (i could, at this point say shame about the rets of it though, but i will refrain on this occasion)

Pete are your local Kraut girls that hairy or do they have red butts? Or do the stink?

That was the smelliest thing I have ever smelled. Made farm pigs and catboxes smell quite charming.

Seth,

Are you admitting that you were sniffing that baboons butt? That's just nasty! Big Grin

You know, I opened the clip and I knew it was the monkey video before it even opened.

And the abuse continues!

So any loading data for the 45 blaser?
