Saw today a fantastic Hunters Video about Roe Deer hunting in Sweden. I am searching now for contact adresses for an Roe Deer hunt. I prefer direct bookings with the farmer or outfitter in the SCHONEN area. Can anybody help.

I belive that the word you are looking for is Skåne, pronounced Ssskaunneee or Skaune depending if your local or not.

The split can be made betweeen god hunting and the hunting that can be had at various estates in Sweden where the bucks grow huge and will cost you in the ballpark of 700-1000 EUR just for the trophy, the hunt in it self will usually cost around 3000-3500 EUR in total.

Just decent hunting in Sweden with good bucks around would perhaps cost you arund 800-1000 EUR, one or more bucks included.

Do specify I and think I might be able to point you in the right direction.

Hunting season for roe deer starts at 16.8 in sweden or there are earlyer openings in different provinces ?!

Yes it´s correct the season opens on the 16/8 at dusk. We all eagerly awaits the one hour before sunrise mark that holds the season opening.

My own season gave the mini shown above and last years season gave the second pic.

How about I try to help you in some small way, perhaps the best and safest way to a great hunt is the bigger estates and their hunts.
