I used to work in Brussels and from what I understood it was quite difficult to find hunting in the region. However other regions may differ and the is quite a hunting culture in Belgium given the number of belgians that come to the UK for deer stalking.

A quick search turned up This Link which may give you some suitable information and perhaps some contacts.

Of course if you are here for long enough you can jump on the train at Gare du Nord ( I think...) and be in Ebsfleet in a couple of hours. From there you can have an easy couple of days hunting in southern England for some late season Fallow bucks or the Roebuck opener no the 1st May.

Be aware that Roe bucks will probably not all be clean early in the season, especially the bigger ones.
