Hi guys,

In the UK there is a charity called Help For Heros who provide help for our Service veterans. Another uk based stalking forum is running a charity event to raise money for this organisation.

There have been some fantastic prizes donated by members, companies and other organisations.

ALL of the money raised will be given to Help For Heros to help our wounded Services personnel coming home from active service with injuries that they often carry for life.

Can I ask that everybody looks in at Stalking Directory Auction area to see if they would like to bid.

There are some fantastic prizes based mainly around Stalking / Deer Hunting. So if any of our AR members wish to take a holiday hunting in the UK this might be a way.

In fact this is a fantastic way for AR's over sea's members to try stalking in the UK at a reasonable cost, and at the same time raise money for a very worthy cause.

Prizes *do not* include transport to the UK but with the many budget airlines these days, that is not such a draw back.

Thanks

Steve

Its certainly a good cause and I know a lot of people have already donated some fabulous items for the auction..

I can't make this a sticky now, but will ask Don later this evening,

Regards,

Pete

I have to agree, there are some fabulous prizes up for auction, donated by some very generous people for a very worthy cause. There are some serious bargains to be had there.

Thats pure speculation on your part there John. Until the auction is over and the winning bids are made, who knows whether any bargains where had?

If you look at the shooting sport auction held in the past most of the items have sold for over market prices. Usually due to someone wanting to support the organisations.

Things/interest does appear to have slowed rather a lot going by the post activity on the link posted above. Hopefuly its just a minor stall and not a sign of impending collapse.

Good luck.
