Good on you Martin - you'll enjoy this, even though your wife may not! You won't save any money (you might as well get rid of that illusion immediately ), but you do stand the chance of shooting a lot more. Quite apart from the very real possibility of getting to shoot better ammunition and learning about new facets and enjoying your shooting sports a lot better.

A word of caution - which hopefully you won't heed, why should you if the rest of us haven't? If you think shooting and hunting are "gadgetry" activities, you ain't seen nothing until you have tried reloading! There are endless gadgets that invariably need to be added to your bag of tricks. Very likely that in a few years, most of the reloading equipment you have just proudly acquired, will have been replaced with new and better gadgets. Just enjoy and pay at the counter

Now that you have started down this slippery, most enjoyable and expensive path, you might as well get acquainted with a couple of the better sites on the Internet:

Acutally gentlemen, I have today booked an old Sako gun with an AII action in 7mm08 for a "semicustom" project! I hesitated because there is no factory ammo available here in 7-08 but no problem any longer!

Marterius- way to go.. You'll have so much fun looking for the holy grail of accurate reloading that you might as well quit your dayjob.
Bonanza's is good, so is RCBS. Get a Lee Autoloader handpriming tool (hand priming does some of the trick.
But the best, most rewarding, buy I did so far was a book called "making the target bigger" by Glen Zediker. Get it when you have learned what the ordinary reloading manuals can learn you, and you'll make a bunch of shortcuts. It's available at Sinclair international.
