Pir_DanishDeer Grand Slam in The UK- superb hunting experience.
Hi Friends.
these are some of the pics from my UK hunt which was organised by my dear friends, James, Sam, Andrew and Gary.
I left London at 2pm and reached Norfolk at about 4. drove through some beautiful countryside.
The accomodation was arranged at a 5 star Bed n breakfast called Byfords (it literally was a 5 star)

OrvarWow, amazing trip! That Red is trueky a brute... How much did he weigh? What time of year?
Congrtaulations and thatnks for sharing
O
Weidmannsheil, looks like a productive trip! Superb deer.
I have always thought that a Bentley Continental (4WD and everything) must be pretty much the ultimate hunting vehicle

We had one on one of our hunts in Alsace, but our forest roads are pretty civilized, so if you take it easy...

Sorry but the CWD in the skull mount was not shot by Danish. It is not associated in anyway with the people mentioned in the report/photograph sequence.
That particular water deer was shot on my permission, and was a gift from me to a friend of mine. It made CIC silver and was one point off gold.
To say I was slightly shocked to see a picture of it (and my sink/worktop) is an understatement.

londonhunterOh deer ....

haha, thanks Will, it was really funny in wales, my bentley wouldnt go up a hill because of the icy road as its a rear wheel drive. bloody embarrassing. hahah.

@SWS
i got ur point, i have removed the pic, like i said, the pic was sent to me by my taxidermist whom i had asked to update me on the progress of my trophies. living in pakistan i could obviously not have stolen the pic from your computer if thats what ur trying to suggest, it must have been sent to me by someone, correct so far?? i will call him to explain this.
best regards
No problems Danish.
I appreciate that it was an honest mistake on your part. Probably not an honest mistake on someone elses....

SLDGSome fantastic Animals sir and looks like you know how to enjoy yourself. Well done on the big stags truly massive animals

Trapper DaveYep, it just goes to remind me how fortunate we are to have such a fantastic range of hunting opportunities in the UK.
The little Roebuck I shot this morning was far more modest and was never going to grace anyone's trophy wall but the hunting never loses its excitement.
Where was the Roe in that line-up Sind_Ibex? You seem to have missed out a species in your Grand Slam?
I'm not sure that a basketfull of Bunnies is a true substitute! :0)

Pir_Danish@SLDG thanks for the compliment.
@Trapper Dave: ur right i missed the most important trophy the Roe deer, I actually shot a Silver medal, but my friend James had taken the pics from his camera, he sent me the whole album but for some reason the Roe pic was not in it. i shall post it in a couple of days. :-)

Pir_Danishthanks David.
@boghossian, excellant scottish stags. its the quality of the hunt that counts not the quality of the trophy or horn size. i'd give anything to have a hunting trip with my father, unfortunately he is not into hunting and is a very busy man. :-(
