I have a friend in South Africa that is trying to find a replacement stock for a Bruno rifle. I have not been able to find much information on them at all here in the United States. The rifle is chambered in 243 and has the number 76 on the action and on one side of the barrel. The other side of the barrel has the number 15383. If anyone has any information on this manufacturer and rifle and could lead me in the right direction to find a replacement stock, if even available, it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! Sniper, is it possible it's a Brno? I see many references to CZ Bruno rifles, but more info is available if it's a Brno, Waidmannsheil, Dom. -------- There are those who only reload so they can shoot, and then there are those who only shoot so they can reload. I belong to the first group. Dom ---------

I think you'll find that another chapter in the history is currently occuring. Leastways that is the word in UK as someone who is currently seeking pparts for a 611 wmr. Fortunately the American contact I have is more reliable than the UK guntrade for sourcing spares! But apparently the Brno factory is currently in turmoil and being "taken over."
