in September, you will not find driven hunts, yet. They will start later.
Bird hunting is not big anymore, except for pigeons, maybe ducks.
What you could expect to get is still hunting on
roe deer, red deer, fallow deer, wild boar
spot and stalk in the alps on chamois and the above.
