Hi all, I have just purchased a new mincer for the venison off cuts from a guy at www.sausagemaking.org I recieved it (albeit after a week or three, as they were out of stock) last week and put about 15lbs of meat through it in about a minute!!! I couldn't actually put meat into it fast enough... Considering the last machine we had, burnt out in its first season and was �85, I thought �200 for this .4hp monster was a bargin and I expect it to last for a long time. In fact it is so good that my mate rekons all you need to do is saw the antlers off and the machine will do the rest!! Just thought I would give you a heads up on a great bit of kit if you have an interest. FB | ||
