I will be renting a villa with my wife & some friends next summer, likely in the Pyrenees. Is there any huntable game in that general region of Spain or in southern France in the month of JUNE? Are non- native-game, "exotic" animal hunts available?

You can hunt roe deer at that time of the year.

In the fall you can hunt Pyrenees Chamois, Mouflon, etc.
