25-06? IMHO, medium sized game is why they made light weight 30 cal bullets for the 30-06 or .308. Now, if one lives in a country where military calibres are forbidden, I can see buying a 25-06. Otherwise, I would just spend the money stocking up on specialized ammo for a 30 cal weapon.
