Does anyone have a good load for a 338 in the R93?

I have been shooting Remington factory, and Federal factory with so-so results.

Here's what mine does with the load noted:



It does just as well with the old Federal Premium load using the 225 grain Barnes XLC coated X-Bullet. I haven't tried it yet with the Federal/Barnes TSX-Bullet load.

Mine absolutely hates 225 PSP Remington factory stuff 2.5 inches! I need to try my 338 barrel on my standard stock. I have only tried it on my Professional stock.

I want to try the 250 grain Sierra game kings and 250 Partitions when I get back to the states in October.

When you measure the spread. Are you using the outside spread of the group minus the bullet diameter of .338?

This group looks maller than .475!
