How much would a Blaser R93 9.3x64 barrel cost where you live?

I am thinking this would be a nice world wide caliber. Of course you would have to bring the ammo, as unless your in Austria, Germany, or Russia it would be difficult to get.

The price for a Standard R93 barrel is currently 529 and the extracharge for the 9.3x64 is 199.

You should probably get a rebate of 5-10%.

Be aware that the 9.3x64 is in a different caliber group of Blaser (Medium), so you will also new a different head for the action in Medium which is another 154...

Best regards,

Erik

In the states rifle barrels aren't classified as "guns" and can be shipped back and forth without regard.

Any chance this is the same in Germany. If possible I would like to call a big gunshop and have them ship one to me.

Of course there are no proof houses in the USA and there is no requirement for such. SAMMI makes all gun manufacturers fall withins certain tolerances.

Escopesa wants a E1000 for a barrel. TORO CACA!

Kokdyer,

I think it wouldn't be very difficult for you to find a good M98 action in Spain and to have a 9,3x64 barrel imported from Lothar Walter.
And finding a good gunsmith to do the job can't be that difficult either!

MHO, I did order both barrels with sights. There was surcharge for this!

Martin, I won't be building that 9.3x64 on a mauser. If I wanted to do that I would build it on the FN I have in my dad's gunsafe in Wyoming.

I want the rifle for Alaska, Russia, and Canada hunts on rough country. It will have a McMillan (sako 75 style) stock and a 25 inch fluted heavy contour Lilja barrel. The rifle will wiegh about 8.5 pounds (4kg) and I'll put a Schmidt and Bender 1.75-6 scope on it. It will be stainless.
