I am looking at buying a KX series over here in the USA and dont know much about kahles service and support. Could you guys let me know about how kahles treats customers?

I used to have a ZF84, I rang Austria and asked about ballistic drums as I was changing loads. They sent a set of blanks FOC by return. This was in 97

Can't speak for the American Distributor but I've owned 7 Kalhes scopes ans still have three. I'd own the others as well but they went with the rifles that were sold.

In the two instances I've required their Customer Service - one for a broken recticle that was replaced free of charge (after the scope went around the world several times and was broken during a hunting trip involving much baggage handling) and another; a recticle that I had changed at my request and paid for. Service in both cases was good.
