anyway Ian F and fallow Buck (he snores a lot) know me very well so if in dought Iam sure they will provide references (I hope )
any way the reason for this post Iam off to stay at the Leckford Estate Hampshire with my family for a week in Feb and would like any info where I could pick up a day or two stalking,I dont mind paying if its commerical

i would have offered to help out but the ground i do most of my shooting round there the stalking is spoken for, i did ask but its a non starter, i do alot of shooting round that area and ive always found that the stalking is wrapped up so tight most that stalk guard it like family jewels.

Try Jelan deer services they have ground available within 10 miles of Leckford just west of Stockbridge. You can bid for a day on E-bay through them.
I heard only yesterday from a well respected stalking friend that there's some good opportunities for paid stalking in that locality with that outfit.

Personally I don't know this outfit but it just happens on Fri. I was talking to an AW in Wilts. and he said he had been doing some assesment work near Stockbridge ,Hants involving Jelen Deer client. He said the ground was good productive stalking and he considered them good value.

I offer the info. for what its worth cos I read the thread and I know Leckford Estate is within spitting distance of Stockbridge.
