I sent them 2 e-mails and a fax 2/3 weeks ago, asking for spare parts, but I got no reply. Are they still in business? Are they closed for summer holidays? Thanks.

No offence to our finish friends but they are not always all that great in english, and or there "english" connection/employee might be on vacation.
