Folks... Is there anyone out there looking for an affordable holiday in the South-West this year?

If so, the neighbours have recently converted a two storey annex to provide totally self-contained holiday accommodation, available for stays of any duration.

After consideration, the costs are as follow:
£250 per week - fully equipped self catering
£20 per person per night for shorter stays.

Ideal for couples, or families with children as the bathroom is an en-suite, accessed
from the master bedroom. Otherwise, ideal for REALLY good friends! Smiler

Well behaved (quiet) dogs welcome (so long as you clean up after your hound!)
Smokers - please smoke outside the building, using the ashtrays provided. No excuses!

Two bedrooms and a large lounge area allow it to sleep 4, although there is also a double sofa-bed and additional camp beds if required.
Fully equipped Kitchen.
Off Road parking for up to 2 cars and boat if necessary
B-B-Q and patio area available, with local shops/supermarket within 5 minutes drive.
Fantastic pub/restaurant within walking distance

Set in a small village. We are situated 10 minutes from Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coastline, right on the border of Devon, Somerset and Dorset!

We are located in the centre of one of the most beautiful tourist areas of England and a quick glance reveals the following local attractions:

Beaches - Sidmouth, Seaton, Beer, Lyme Regis, Chesil & West Bay.
Great position for exploring both Exmoor and Dartmoor.
North coast surf beaches within an hours drive.
Boat fishing & excellent beach casting in Lyme Bay.
With local Trout and Carp fisheries within easy reach
Easy boat launch from Lyme Regis or Westbay
Golf Courses - an other Countryside walks!

Crealy Adventure park
Paignton Zoo
Cricket St Thomas
River Cottage shop & HQ
Abbotsbury Swannery
Sub Tropical Garden
Babbacombe Model Village
Bicton Park Botanical Gardens
Buckfast Abbey
Killerton House
Pecorama
Quaywest water park
...and much more!

For the shooters out there:
I can provide excellent deer stalking, rabbit/vermin shooting to tie in with your holiday.
There is also World class clay pigeon shooting available at the nearby Southern Counties site.

Seriously folks, the rates are only 60% of what is being charged for local accommodation.
If you are on a budget or looking at finding somewhere to take a family or group of friends, now or in the future, do get in touch.
At the moment, there is even availability for week-end get aways and overnight stays, as well as the more usual holiday lets!

I reckon they are asking too little - but as they have only just offered the place to the market, they want the bookings from you lovely folks!

Please PM me for more details.

Sounds good Ian, as someone who has spent some time in Scotland I should come just to see what Buckfast Abbey looks like. Cool

By way of explanation, Buckfast, the 'tonic wine' is the preferred beverage of neds in Scotland.
