So who's going to go out and play this weekend?

I've got a hectic one lined up of shooting a FITASC winter series, a game conservancy ball, 100 sporting, and two lamping sessions for foxes.

I realy need a job which would give a 4 day weekend!

I've got another one lined up too!! PeteE is on his way down about now so we'll be out in the morning to chase some Fallow. Then out on the shoot to feed the Pheasies and Dicky Ducks. A couple of hours walk round to see if any woodcock are in residence and then off to the high seat for an evening looking for Fallow.

Sunday morning is more stalking first thing then home and out duck flighting in the afternoon on a pond that has about 100 mallard coming into it with a couple of mates.

Somewhere in there I need to get some dog training in ....

Oh and see the missus!!

A wild boar driven hunt on Saturday and Sunday, on Appennine mountains.

It will be cold, these are meteo previsions, but sunny, on Northern Italy.

For all our colleagues who will be out & about this weekend doing what we love most; Waidmannsheil!

Ah Yes! I'm on the way out the door to hook up with one of my hunting squeeze's and we'll be off to Wiesbaden. "The Hirsch" is the meeting venue tonight for the 45-50 invitees on tomorrow's Wild Boar Driven Day at Kloster Eberbach, one of the premeire Hunting Leases in the Taunus mountains. We'll start the weekend with liberal doses of good commradery, hunting Latin (=lies), beer, wine and a hearty meal.

If Diana is smiling on us tomorrow (hopefully, like last year) it will be loud & bloody! Just bought a pocket digital camera so hopefully I can entertain everyone with some happy-snaps on Monday.

Taking the wife out to dinner in Belfast tonight. Its the wedding anniversary and I am well short of brownie points.

Take the german pointers out tomorrow to look for some woodcock. Should be a few around by now, then we'll whack a few pheasants to finish things of.
