A Joke Making the Rounds Today

Britain: Iceland are you crazy?!? Why did you send us volcanic ash ? Our airspace has shut down.

Iceland: What ? That's what you asked for isn't it ?

Britain: NO! We said cash! Cash you dyslexic idiot. CASH!

Iceland: Woooops...

To the British and Dutch Governments: There is no C in the Icelandic alphabet, so when you ask for Cash, all you get is ...

Ingvar,

bad situation if it wont stop soon. Hard to have livestock inside and feed them for a long time. If I was the farmer who have the farm in foreground on photo , I was realy worried !!

I hope the best for you all on Iceland!

Solvi, nice photos you got there!

Ingvar J. Kristjansson, very nice photo taken by that local farmer. Although I reckon this photo has been manipulated a fair bit with photoshop. It looks like there is several photos of the exact same area, taken with different exposure values. Then the photos are put on top of each other in a photo editing program. Like that you can get some very nice effects from your photos. Anyway it looks great Smiler

A farmer in his late seventies photo-shopping hehehe...I highly doubt that with all respect to his profession as a farmer ! I saw on the news an interview with him and he has sold this photo all over the world to the press and I don’t think that the world press with all their professional photographers would buy a photo-shoped picture Roll Eyes

Two observations:

1. An obvious insurance job, country goes bankrupt and then a few months later they blow it up.

2. Iceland should be in charge of the war against terror, they have probably kept more undesirables off planes over the last month than MI5, CIA and Mossad combined.

Solvi, you cunning fox....
