Following on from Sebastien, does anyone out there have pet handloads for the 7x64? I have found one or to that are very accurate, and it would be good to compare.

My std. Roebuck load in my Sauer 202 :

- 160 SPBT Sierra GK / N 160 / 56.0 (CCI 250) : 5 shots in 1,2 cm/.4 MOA, chrono vel. 858 m"/2815 ft". Kills like lightning without meat damage.

When I may encounter an eventual Wild boar, I use the same load but change the bullet to the 160 HPBT GK (an hollow point but actually harder than the SP).

Thanks Andre

My most accurate load is Hornady 139g BTSP with 56g N160. This will group under 1 cm from my Sako 75 and is very effective on roe and fallow. I don't know the velocity.

Sierra GK with 57g N165 is also accurate, but not tried on game yet.
