I have an excellent opportunity for a wild boar driven hunt and I thought to share with you. First I want to say that I have no financial interest, my main interest is to meet new hunters.
So, the hunting area is 15 000 hectares of forests and reeds.
My proposal is for 2 hunting days in October or November. We can choose the dates together.
Base cost is 400 euro all included, accommodation, food, organization of the hunt, first preparation of the trophies, all transportation in Romania.
All wild boar are 350 euro regardless of size.
The number of boars is very high but unfortunately we are limited to 40 wild boars per 2 days.

We are talking of how many hunters?

Ok, let's say it is the first weekend of October when it is also the best time because it is the beginning of the season and the animals are not disturbed.
The total number of the hunter is 12, so 40 wild boars that means an average of 3 wild boars per hunter in 2 hunting days.
Not bad in my opinion. Also in my opinion this hunt it is an extraordinary hunt with a great price and I am a litlle confused by the lack of interest between AR members.
Probably it is my fault. I will try to be more clear and I will point the advantage once again here:
1. Hunting area - without any doubt this is one of the best hunting area in Romania and if we compare the annual quota it will rank number 3 in all hunting area in Romania.
2. Price- Let say a hunter will shoot 2 wild boars. Ar the end of the hunt he will pay 400 euro plus 350 euro x 2 wild boars = 700 euro. Total 1100 euro. Only the base cost for a hunt in a area like this is around 900-1000 euro and you have to add the trophy fee on top of that. If you choose an all included package, the price starts at 1500 euro and IF the hunt is successful the group will shoot around 15 - 25 wild boars and almost 30% will be piglets.
3. The hunting season- As I said the first weekend of October it is my proposal. It is true, at that time we wll not have snow on the ground and this will make aiming more difficult but the number of the wild boar will be enough to give every hunter, 2, 3 shooting opportunities every day.

What are the additional costs, what is included in the base price of 400 Euros? Like paperwork for trophy export, approx cost for hotel before and after hunt and so on.

Is it possible/complicated to bring my own rifle in to Romania? What paperwork needs to be done and how much time in advance should it be taken care of?

Where is the hunting ground located and what is the closest/best airport to use?

Is this hunt organized through a company or by your self? Who owns the hunting ground and the hunting rights?

Hello sir!
There are no additional cost for paperwork or any other hidden costs.
If you do not came with your gun you can rent one for 30 euroe per day plus ammunitions.
Hotels are around 50 euro per night.
To came in Romania with your rifle, I need copies of your ID/passport, Gun licence, hunting permit from your country and hunting insurance, minimum 2 days in advance.
The closest airport is Cluj-Napoca and hunting area is near Satu-Mare town.
The hunting area belong to a private owner and my company has part of the hunting quota. I guaranteed that every member will see at least 15 wild boar.
