The Varberg rifle has a some what disorganised and hap hazards type of pedigree. They have been made at some 2-4 different locations, under 2-3 different names and so on. The Varbergers of today are great hunting rifles, good solid locks, great triggers, smooth barrels and so on. The ca usually be had with good wood to.. To get one today, and in Italy, hmmm I really dont know how to handle that. My best bet would be a email to the factory, http://www.varberger.com/ and work it out from there.. oooopsss I found an Italian rep. Italy: Francesco Lenzerini Armeria Lenzerini s.a.s. via Monte San Michele, 1 53036 Poggibonsi (SI) Italy tel: +39 0577 936695 fax: +39 0577 984385 E-mail: flenze@tin.it Best regards Chris

Jupp Kongsberg, but only for a short time and do remember that Kongsberg usually is a different manufacutrer of small arms. I sort of like the Varberger, however I do belive that they have ugly stocks and if I where to get one it would be restocked asap. Best regards Chris.

I need to get one shipped to the states. These Italians won't let me have a rifle permit. I really like the way these guns look, them and the Schultz and Larsen.
