Daniel... Try to post a request on the Norwegian gun/hunting site: www.sluttstykke.com You have to register as a member to post, but if you read "scandinavian" that should be no problem. There`s a norwegian "outfitter" who offers seal hunting in western parts of Norway, but I couldn`t find the link. Found these ones..
