I will be building a few highseats this summer and have been on the look out for a good design.

Please could you share any designs you recommend?

In particular, I'm looking at wooden single or double lean-to high seats, rather than free standing seats.

Thanks in advance.

We like some comfort. Here are some of our highseats.

These are winter views. When the trees have leaves on the miradors are practically invisible.

5 shots are a group.

These looks fantastic.

I want to keep the visual impact to a minimum as the landowner lives in situ and is keen to maintain a beautiful woodland - hence lean-to seats.

The double seats made on an x frame look like the easiest to build and also make for free standers which is a real bonus.

Not sure of how flat you need the ground to be for them though.
