Thanks again guys. The reason for my trying to reform the 280 Rem brass is that a box of 7X64 S&B factory ammo costs 40$US in Mongolia. This is riduculous price. And there are lots guns in this caliber can't afford this. Me too. I just had a thought if I can even use a 30-06 brass in my 7X64. What do you think?

Davaa, if you are interested (and patient), Stu and I can pick up some 7x64 cases for you on the range - RWS, preferably - and send them to you. Yes, it will be once fired brass, and yes it will likely need to be FL re-sized before you can use it, and yes it will take a few months to get maybe 100 cases together. But at least it is an option for you.
Let me know if you are interested in pursuing this option - you'll find my e-mail address if you click on my user name.
