Hi Solvi,
Good to see you looking so well and the trophy looks fantastic too.
I've been keeping quiet about the whole Iceland trip until I heard back from you, just in case I dropped you in it!
But its a great story about a great country and its hunters, worthy of the after-dinner drinks on the next AR hunt if you are coming?

Davie,

Waidmannsheil!

We'd love to hear of your Reindeer adventure with Solvi!

Great Buck - I notice he parted his hair on the left.

For starters - how many bottles of "Black Death" did it entail?

Just give it to us in a Ratio; like 19:1 or so; then we'll understand the number of "Black Death" bottles to cartridges required to bring your Beast to bag.

beer

Cheers,

Anders,
I don't know if there's enough room on my office wall for two that size!
but I'd love to come to Norway sometime, I read your reports with a mixture of envy and awe.

Its the first day of the Doe/Hind season here tomorrow, Saulius has come over from Lithuania and we're off out at early dawn to see if we can put a few Roe does down.

Gerry,
No Brennevin but somehow we put away a lot of Famous Grouse, a large pot of Four Blackbird Soup, Roast Pork, Savoury toffee potatoes, Dried white fish spread with butter, gallons of coffee and many tins of beer, oh and whale sushi.

Dave, I will know if I can make it to the next AR hunt after ca 10-15 days, but missing two in a row is not something I want to do.

Fantastic - all the big reindeer threads this year have seriously whetted my appetite for some Rudolph action!

"The photos have tantalized enough already, can we have the full story please?"

That may have to wait a wee while since I'm pretty busy at the moment and trying to fit a lot of things in.

Well done Dave,

When have you got some time free this week to hook up with Salius?

It would be good to get a chance to catch up and chat a bit if he is over.
