We are scheduled to hit the rifle range on Tuesday of this week. In the interum I have just returned from the back deck where I was shooting into our front pasture at a measured 70yds the Sauer shot a 3 shot group within a 1/2 MOA. This using a 4 power scope, 60 year old eyes, 10mph wind coming from the left, and factory 150Gn Core Lock SP's in "MHO" is excellent! I will try to get my daughters digital camera on Tuesday and get a few pictures to send you. All I have heard from owners of the 200/202 Sauers had been praise and now I understand why! I am also very pleased with the Zeiss Diatal 4X32 it has exceptional optics. How was the trip to your friends place, any luck? Take care and God bless.

Trip to scotland was cancelled at the last minute unfortunately. So I went out to my place on Saturday.

I took my Sako 243 this time and shot two foxes with the lamp off fof the Quad. The first was about 70-80yds laying in a hollow. I could only see his eyes and nose until he yawned so I stuck on through his tonsils!!!

The second one was a huge old dog fox who was fat on my pheasants... Time to pay the food bill

I was out last night too anfd saw a few fallow after hours so just watched them. One nice buck with a fishtailed head but very wide beam. perhaps I'll catch up with him at tthe weekend. something to look forward to on a monday morning!!!
