Took my sisters camera with me on my last hunting trip (This morning around 6 o'clock) Was out hoping to get my roe buck, but he got away this time. Going back to school in Hungary tomorrow so I think this last hunting trip this year, atleast back home. Included a picture of the place I shot the fox in my other post last night. Didn't see any roe, only red deer, witch there almost always is plenty of. Usually there is around 10 on the field every moring and evening, ofcourse I'm not home when deer season starts! This moring I had a buck barking behind my choosen spot, tried to sneak in on him, but didn't have any luck. Always next year! There is a female and calf that I have seen almost daily around here, but they aren't legal until the 25 of sept. That calf would make some tasty steakes! Home sweet home. (This is about where the buck was barking, juging by the sound) The red spot is where I'm building a hochsitz/treestand, never got my lazy ass up there to finnish it this year. This is taken from the spot I like to sit and watch the fields. The red mark is where the fox was yesterday. Same spot only turing a bit right. There is a red deer somewhere on this picture, but it don't show at all. This is spot closer to the field, did shot deer from here once with some hunting parners, wasn't me shoting. Saw a roe from here just the other day, female ofcourse Same place, only looking over to the right. Nice to have a bit of tractor road if you need get a deer up from the fields. This is on the way to an other lookout point, in the back is the red deers favorite field. Not so often roe on this field, think the red keep them away. This is from the second lockout point. Notise the white silo balls, that are there to make stalking a bit easier, also there is sticks on the field marking 100, 150, and 200m. Almost to easy, the old guys like it this way Got a roe calf there once. Last wednsday there was 16 red deer and one moose on this field! We have 3 roes lisenses, and 4 red usually every year. I'm the only one hunting roe, because the older guys thinks roes are to small to bother with. Nice or what? The area is to small to get moose on it's own, but we hunt moose with the surrounding landowners, we usually have 3 moose lisenses. Johan

Then you are just a few hours from my place. Live between Orkla and Driva in Mre. Orkganger is 30-40 min driving from here! Johan

Johan, I am familiar with Sr-Trndelag, been fishing river Orkla for many years. We fished river Driva in Sundal, Mre og Romsdal. We had five days on Laerdal, and instead of going home as planned we just got the crazy idea of ending the fishing season on Driva so we called a friend from Orkanger and met there for two days fishing.
