A friend of mine has a rifle in this caliber which he likes very much but I can't find much in the way of load data for it. Can anyone offer any good loads?

Express Reloading powder charges for the .264 Winchester Magnum should be interchangable for the 6.5x68. Most US reloading manuals list loads for the Win Mag. It is one fine damned flat shooting calibre and one I want oneday as a "mountain rifle" calibre.

Nitrox has it right. 264 data is safe to use in a 6.5x68. Max loads in my 6.5x68 is actually a grain or two more than most loads listed for the 264. The powder of choice in my rifle is IMR 7828 but I suspect some very good loads could be worked up with the new RL25. H 1000 and Retumbo would also be good with heavier bullets.
