Just curious if any of our European (and others) friends are going to take advantage of the exchange rate and come to visit America and go so SCI-Reno?

Bill,

While I would love to more so to meet some of the guys from here, I think that if I do visit the USA in the near future my priority would be to get a little hunting in...Not deer hunting, but hunting something typcially American like Black bear or Mountain Lion...

Also, from a British perspective their are a couple of "gamefairs"/shows over in Europe which I would love to visit, alhough I doubt they are on the same scale as the SCI show..

Out of curiousity, do you need to be a memeber of SCI to attend?

Regards,

Pete

Try Dortmund, end of this month, early february. 70,000 visitors in 6 days, I'd say that tops SCI.

Frans,

Is that show trade only or open to the public?

Bill

It would be great to get to SCI. I have already tried to support the hunting and shooting related business in USA on my trip spending those cheap american dollars, it's fun too If some wise politcian removes the hassle with exproting brass, bullets, firearms etc. I guess the economy would be much better

I guess SCI has to wait a year
Cheers

Well Pete,
about Game Fair, I think that Chambord Game Fair is in an interesting period (end of June usually, in a wonderfull historical place that can be also a good meeting occasion for European AR members.
Not too far for anyone in EU.

Munich Jagen und Fischen can be another good occasion, but it is in April ..... we have to think something about.....
bye
