I´m thinking in buying a drilling or express in a German store to be send to Spain (second hand).
Can you recommend any web page or store for this export-import inside EU?
I have heard is not a difficult issue, but I´m concerned as long as I have to pay in advance without seeing the gun phisically.
Any advice will be really apreciated.

like you say, in the modern EU not that difficult anymore, both country's authorities need to aprove on the importation (in Spain your friendly Guardia Civil officer) and on the exportation of the rifle (in Germany the so-called Ordnungsamt, where guns are registered).

I did it this spring importing an exchange barrel from Austria, it is pretty simple and easy.

There is even an official EU-form for this, it is called "EU-amendment 19".
