As above. Any ideas on winter hunting in Austria. Prices, species, availability, locations, guides etc
Probably going to be near/in one of the ski resorts but no idea of location yet.

Almost all hunting is closing end of december keep this in mind. There are good hunts for red stag, wild boar, mouflon sheep.

Thanks for the replies all. It looks like the trip would be end of Dec/New Year so it seems like this may be a no go. Primary reason will be skiing but as I don't ski the GF was looking at other options to keep me amused. However, still interested in what such a hunt would cost etc as it may be an option for a dedicated trip at some other time of year.
